Delivery How long will this take to arrive?

Items need to be unused and in their original packaging wherever that is still possible. Return postage is paid by the customer — unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Every order ships tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email, or enter your order number on our tracking page at any time. Carriers usually need 1–3 business days to register the first scan, so an empty page straight after dispatch is normal.
