1. About these terms
This site is operated by Celaza. Throughout this document "we", "us" and "Celaza" refer to that business, and "you" refers to anyone browsing or buying from this site. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Using this site
You may use Celaza for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it systematically, or use it to transmit malicious code. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of these are happening.
This site is intended for adults. To place an order you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; colors vary between screens and a small difference between the image and the item in your hands is not a defect. Dimensions and specifications are given in good faith and may be adjusted by manufacturers without notice.
Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue an item, or decline an order at our discretion.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Where an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfill it. Full details of accepted methods, charge timing and currency are set out in our Payment Policy.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you receive an order acknowledgement. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be verified, or where stock is unavailable — and we refund in full when we do.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery timeframes, costs and carrier arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy; the timeframes published there are estimates rather than guarantees. Your right to return an item, the condition it must be in, and how refunds are processed are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle information about you — what we collect, who we share it with, how advertising cookies work, and how to opt out of the sharing that some US state laws treat as a "sale" — is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms, and using this site means you have read them.
9. Third-party tools and links
This site uses third-party services for payments, analytics, advertising measurement and delivery tracking, and may link to sites we do not operate. We provide these for convenience and take no responsibility for their content, terms or privacy practices. Reading their terms before using them is your responsibility.
10. Content you submit
Anything you send us — feedback, suggestions, questions — may be used by us without restriction and without payment to you. You are responsible for what you submit and must not send anything unlawful, abusive or infringing.
11. Intellectual property
The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to Celaza or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
12. Errors
Occasionally information on this site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, availability or delivery times. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information at any time without prior notice.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its contents are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Celaza against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
15. Severability
If any provision here is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
16. Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated by either of us. We may terminate them at any time by ceasing to provide the site to you. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
18. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site.
