Where we deliver
Celaza ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship anywhere else, and only US addresses can be entered at checkout. If you would like to be told when that changes, email us and we will make a note of it.
What delivery costs
Shipping is free on every Celaza order. There is no minimum spend, no weight surcharge, and no additional fee added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Getting your order ready
We pick, pack and hand over orders within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays, so an order placed on a Saturday begins processing the following Monday. If a rush of orders means we need longer, we will email you rather than leave you guessing.
How long delivery takes
Once dispatched, parcels are typically in transit for 3–10 business days. Counting from the moment you place the order, that gives a typical total window of 4–12 business days.

These are estimates based on what our carriers normally achieve, not guarantees. Weather, customs inspections and carrier backlogs can push an individual parcel outside the window, and none of those are within our control.
Following your parcel
A tracking number reaches your inbox the same day your order is dispatched. Carriers usually need 1–3 business days to register the first scan, so an empty tracking page immediately after dispatch is normal and not a cause for concern. You can check progress whenever you like on our Track Your Order page.
When a parcel stalls
If tracking has shown no movement for 7 business days, or the 4–12 business day window has passed with nothing delivered, write to us at support@celaza.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Where a parcel is formally confirmed lost, you choose the outcome: a replacement sent at our cost, or a full refund.
If the address is wrong
Please read your shipping address back to yourself before you confirm the order — it is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery. Spotting a mistake early is fixable: email support@celaza.com and we can correct the address at any point before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the carrier we have no ability to redirect it.
